There's a difference between reward you get for accepting Jesus -- that's the one you can't work for, but is given as a gift to those who believe -- and the reward you get for working for the Master after you've been saved. The first reward makes you eligible for the second, but there will be differences among believers as to how they are secondarily rewarded.
