Americans spent more than twice as much money on pet care than they did on humans in foster care. Jesus said we are "worth more than many sparrows." Underfunded foster care is one of the ways that traffickers and exploiters find their victims, so it behooves us to invest more in correcting foster care and setting girls at liberty.
