Sometimes relief is not the most effective tool of ministry.
Africa might not be doing well economically, but the church there is thriving!
Trying to "fix" poor people can be harmful to their self-esteem and our efforts to help them.
Doing things to the poor is not as effective as doing things with the poor.
Our social action needs to be biblically based, not world-based.
