When it comes to being born again, Jesus brought up the Spirit of God, His source of power. Here are a few passages describing what the Spirit of God does:

What the Spirit of God Does:
Ability to reject the sinful nature, gives life through Christ, leads us in our daily lives, the Spirit tells our spirit that we are God’s children.
