Students learn English, math, Arabic, and science at the early childhood education program in Lebanon. The subjects are taught with a lot of songs and activities. In a half-day session, there’s also time for play and a meal.
The curriculum is designed to prepare them to start regular school at age 7. In Lebanese schools, some subjects are taught in English or French, while in the Syrian curriculum the subjects are taught in Arabic.
Activities at the Early Childhood Education center offer the first experience of directed group activities for many of the children.
